Who has access to these portals?
Brand portal access should only be granted to clinic managers and clinic directors. Corporate team members should also request access if they are ordering assets for their corporate teams.
Will my account work across all portals?
No, each Revere Brand Portal and the Co-Brands require different log-ins due to different levels of access being required to order from these pages. Ex. if you have a log in for the Revere Medical portal, you will not be able to access the Crossroads or Desert Grove portals without a separate log in.
What do I do if the item I am looking for is not on the portal?
If you do not see the item you are looking for on your clinic’s brand portal, please submit a request to the Revere Marketing Request Form (coming soon), and we will review your request as soon as possible. If your request is approved, you will be notified when the item is available for order on the portal.
What is the ordering timeline and process look like.
Printed items take 5-7 days to print and then ship. Apparel and hard goods can take up to three weeks. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at ruralhealthcaregroup@gmail.com.
